Railay Princess Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name on the booking confirmation must match the credit card holder's name. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Room rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year’s Eve gala dinner. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. We are pleased to share an update regarding the renovation progress of our main kitchen, for which the accommodations in Building 1 and Building 2 (Deluxe Room, Grand Deluxe Room, and Junior Suite Corner) and the Railay Princess Restaurant, main kitchen, bar,and kids' club will be temporarily closed. Other areas of the resort will not be affected and will continue to operate as usual. Renovation work from 01 June to 31 October 2026 Time: 08.00 - 19.00 hours.
