The property is a 3 bedroom house, with a coffee shop and bar down stairs.( PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE ROOM'S ARE ABOVE A BAR THAT IS OPEN UNTIL12 MIDNIGHT WITH SOME NOISE AT TIMES ) with 2 airconditioned rooms for guest's to rent per night or week. With a couple running the shop and guest room's and bar etc. Guest's can request for coffee and Asian food for breakfast at a separate cost. There is also a pool table and cold drinks down stairs in the chill bar to enjoy.

A young couple running there first business, And who are very friendly and welcoming to visitors in Chiang Mai city. Who also can help with any general enquires about places to visit, while visiting Chiang Mai.

The House is close to food restaurant's e.g. { Noodle shop, KFC, Pizza, and closed street markets on every Saturday } With food stalls and local clothing stores. Not far from the main Chiang Mai city district.
