Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space of Burka, Arusha's new luxurious residential area. Unique and stylish, a spacious kitchen, comfortable rooms each with their own bathroom. Quick Access to Arusha Airport, and gateway to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Finally popular places such as Aim mall, and Sables Square are a 5 minute drive away from your new home away from home. You are welcome to rent the whole house or just a single room, each at different prices. Feel free to contact us at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The villa is set in a peaceful, calm and exclusive neighborhood, with quick access to Arusha Airport and Arusha City Centre. Other neighborhood highlights include an array of restaurant services and shopping facilities such as, Kahawa House, Burka Coffee Lodge and AIM Mall. Mount Meru Tanzania's second highest mountain is also visible from different vantage points within the neighborhood. Guests can easily get around the neighborhood either by car or foot. Currently the environment is quite spacious while parking is easy to find as long as you are not parked on the main road obstructing other drivers. Other than that guests can choose to walk to Sables Square or Aim Mall, however; that will take much longer (around 15-20 minutes) when compared to driving (5 minutes). Both Aim Mall and Sables contain cafes, supermarkets, however; aim mall has a larger variety with clothing stores available, the cinema, arcade, restaurants and more.
