Billy’s place is located in Ushongo bay in the vicinity of Pangani, Tanga Region, Tanzania. Ocean Dream Villa is very privately located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The Ushongo area is still hidden from the touristic crowds which makes it unique. The Villa is a walking distance from neighboring beach resorts and restaurants. There are two local beach bars where you can have a drink and/or delicious meal while watching the ocean. You may find joy and excitement in meeting the locals and finding new connections. There are two small fishermen villages and a Massai settlement not far away. The nearest safari park is Saadani National Park, located less than 2 hrs. driving distance to the South. There are only two National parks in the world where the wild animals have a direct access to the ocean and where the bushes meet the water. Saadani is one of them. Getting around Ocean Dream Villa is reachable by car, by air or by boat. The nearest big town is Tanga. Distance 70 km from the house. The nearest small town is Pangani. Distance 15 km. There is a ferry crossing the Pangani river. A taxi from Tanga, Pangani or Muheza could be arranged in advanced upon request. Boat transfers to/from Zanzibar to/from Ushongo or Pangani are available. Nearest airport strip Kwajoni is 10 min driving from the villa. Two air operators have flights to/from Kwajoni. Auric Air and Coastal aviation. Both air operators require minimum 2 passengers.
