Beach retreat. Spend your days on the beach, at the pool, or tiki bar; all of which are a few steps from your rooms. Enjoy the tiki bar which features food and bucket mix drinks, alcohol and nonalcohol drinks. We host four studios all on the same floor located on a large courtyard terrace overlooking the beach where you can eat on the picnic tables, sun lounge, or enjoy the summer, weekend and holiday fireworks. They can be rented as 4 individual studios or 2 double units with a lockout door in between two units. The double units are four downs down the hall from each other. Please see second floor layout in the photos for visual description. Each studio has a private bathroom, oversized kitchenette with an air fryer, microwave, crockpot, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, fridge and freezer. Each studio can accommodate up to 5 guests with 3 beds a King size bed, queen pull out, and optional twin. PLEASE BOOK FOR THE NUMBER OF BEDS YOU NEED; NOT HOW MANY IN YOUR PARTY! We can accommodate 1-20 guest. Great for adults and children to have their own rooms or families / friends traveling together, birthday parties, family reunions, and our single room is perfect for an individual traveling alone, as a couple, or small family. One studio: King bed 1-2 guest booked (one bed) Queen sofa bed 3-4 guests (two beds) Twin for reservations of 5 (three beds) If you need all three beds book for 5 guests!! Double studios: Two King beds 2 - 4 guests One Queen sofa 5-6 guest or Two queen sofa beds for 7-8 guests One twin 9 guests or two twins 10 guest IF YOU NEED ALL 6 BEDS BOOK FOR 10 GUESTS! Explore the beaches restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, arcade, amusement rides, pier, fishing, splash pads by renting a golf cart or scooter or take a 20-minute stroll. But we can stay all week with the kids and just enjoying having a beach, pool, food, and room all in one spot for the week.
We are local host that manage, clean, and maintain our units. We give guest complete privacy but are actively involved in our properties and enjoying staying in them when they are not rented. We are full time foster / adoptive parents to many children which keeps us very busy and young :) We are a military family as Jonathan is medically separated Marine Corp Veteran. We are Christians and love all people. We just want to share a piece of our heaven on earth at an affordable price.
