You are 10 minutes away from historical downtown St Augustine, St Augustine Lighthouse museum and Washington oaks Garden State Park. Check-in time 3:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted in the condo or the patio All guest must abide by the Good neighbor policy and should not engage in illegal activities Quit hour are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. there is parking in front of the condo. Beach access is across the street and there is also a Ramp 1 block down that you can take your vehicle on the beach as well. No Dog or any other pets are allowed in this home, so please do not book if you plan on bringing one or your reservation will be cancelled. We have a Ring doorbell at the front door. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
