New To Our Rental Program! Dog Friendly!! Linens included. This nicely appointed 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome conveniently located across the street from the beach. Public beach access is across the street. It has a beautiful partial ocean view from the upper balcony. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, along with the living room, dining area and kitchen. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This property accepts 1 small dog. No Cats are allowed! There is parking for 2 cars, 1 in garage and 1 behind the property. This property is just a few miles from downtown Fernandina Beach, where you will find lots of unique shopping and a variety of dining options. 1 Dog 40 lbs or under accepted!! Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
