NO LARGE DOGS. Less than 35 lbs only. Cats are not Permitted. Luxurious and professionally decorated townhome located across the street on South Fletcher. Features three bedrooms and three baths. 2,200 square feet spread over two floors of living area with it's own private elevator. The two guest bedrooms are shared by a jack and jill bathroom, along with the laundry room. They are located on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the living room, kitchen and master suite. Living room has a serene view of the ocean, floor to ceiling french doors which open to a large covered balcony. Dining room is part of the living room: conveniently located near the kitchen. Master suite features King bed, sitting area and private bath. Third bath is on the second floor. Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
