Step into the open-concept common area and kitchen/dining space—ideal for hanging out after a day of exploring Chicago’s incredible sights. Whether you’re cooking up a meal or just enjoying each other’s company, this space was made for fun and relaxation! The apartment offers: - Three cozy twin bedrooms - Two queen bedrooms, each with a work area and access to a charming porch - One of the queen bedrooms also includes a twin bed, perfect for extra space or a cozy sleepover! A few friendly reminders: - No Shoes please - This is a non-smoking unit, and we can host up to 8 guests. - No parties or gatherings allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, so please keep the noise to a minimum during these times. Parking tip: Chicago parking is tough to come by and definitely not free in the area! But don’t worry, we offer on-site parking for a fee, though please note that spots aren’t guaranteed.
