The fine print

Must-know information for guests at this property

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. The property will not accept expired licenses or passports. Billing information needs to be the same as the booking information. Full-service daily housekeeping is not available, except by special request. Housekeepers will remove trash and replace linens as needed. Our lodge does not have a 24-hour front desk. Our check-in times are 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Please contact us if you would like to check in early and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you will be arriving between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., please inform us and we will have a staff member available to check you in. Any check-ins after 8:00 p.m. will be assessed a fee of $20 per half hour. We will not accept check ins after 9:00 p.m. For arrivals into the Hilo Airport (ITO) after 8:00 p.m., the late check-in fee will be waived with proof of flight itinerary. We recommend Kona Airport arrivals after 6:00 p.m. DO NOT schedule check-ins with us until the next day. Our Front Desk hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm HST (09:00 - 17:00).
