NAS Corpus Cristi is also just a mile up the road and Texas A&M Corpus Cristi is only six miles away, making this a great choice for families visiting either service members or students. Fenced-in front and backyards offer your choice of sunny outdoor venues. The home comes fully furnished for complete modern comfort, with essentials including a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The living room smart TV offers a spot for casual downtime after the day's activities. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
