This room is in a three bedroom apartment hosted by the landlord who lives in one of the rooms. The house is one minute away from.the beach and boardwalk and an amazing Gymn Park for exercises. The house is about seven minute walk to the A train and 5 minute walk to buses to other parts.of New York.
Host is a professional and lives on one of the three rooms on the property 1st floor. The host works from home in the security and reception area on the first floor and is available to answer questions and provide guidance to guests.
The neighborhood is very quiet and leads to a closed road which is about 1 minute walk to a park gym, sport park and a beach boardwalk
