NEW RENTAL Perfect is the best way to describe this unique and beautiful beach house sited with a primary focus on views of the sea, creating spectacular privacy without any homes interrupting the vistas. This 3 bedroom with den,4 bath home is the ultimate island retreat with the most private beach front lot on the island. Steps away from the gulf with private access there is no better location. Jaw-dropping views get more spectacular each level up and the interior is high standard throughout
Remote and undiscovered, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat or small plane. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles offshore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. There are no cars only golf carts and bikes. The island can be accessed by boat or private plane, otherwise ferry service is the most popular option. You would park your car at (or take a taxi to) NCIC's transportation center before you get on the ferry. Once on Island- A Golf Cart (included), Bikes and Kayak rentals are included on island, and Walking of course! No cars.
