Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse for rent. All utilities included in the rent. House comes with all brand new bedroom and living room furniture. New toilets recently installed a week ago. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Amenities include: Community Pool Kids Playground Walking trail Gated with 24 hour security cameras. Small pets allowed Blink door bell camera at front door.
Close to major highway, schools, shopping centers and hospitals: 7 mins to Seminole State College Lake Mary Campus 10mins to Seminole Town Center 11 mins to HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital 15 mins to Sanford Zoo and Botanical Garden 14 mins from Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital 20 mins to Advent Health Hospital Altamonte Springs
