We make every effort to offer you a healthy and comfortable environment. To ensure the best experience and maintain the quality of our interior, here are some essential rules of our home: 1. Bedding care (Chambers): We pay particular attention to the hygiene of our household linen. To keep the sheets clean, we ask our guests to clean their faces (removal of makeup, creams or traces of sweat) before going to bed. Note: Any negligence resulting in irreversible stains on bedding or towels will be deducted from your security deposit to cover professional or replacement cleaning costs. 2. Cleanliness of the kitchen: To avoid attracting insects or mosquitoes, the kitchen must remain impeccable at all times. Please do not leave any food in the open air and systematically clean dishes and worktops after each use. 3. Respect for the material: Please handle objects and equipment with care. Any breakage or damage due to lack of vigilance will be the responsibility of the guest. 4. Parking & Quiet: Rosedale is a peaceful neighborhood. Please respect the rest of the neighborhood (Hours of silence from 10pm to 8am). Regarding parking: Free parking on the street” or “Space available in the driveway.
