This place is secure, with a 24 hour front desk person and free underground parking. There is a wonderful gym with a sauna, racquetball court and locker rooms, a basketball and tennis court, a community room with a full kitchen, pool table, shuffleboard and TV’s as well as BBQs on the elevated community patio.
This amazing condo is located in the heart of downtown, a stones throw from a ton of fabulous restaurants and shopping, 4 blocks from Coors field and Union Station, a half mile from Ball Arena, and 2 miles from Empower Field.
