Our charming bed and breakfast is located in Providence, one of the oldest cities in the United States. Located within walking distance of attractions, local shops, restaurants, and universities. This historic 4-story brick Italianate mansion was built in 1858 and renovated in 2003 into a beautiful 14-room bed and breakfast. Stay with us and explore the Ocean State!

We are located in residential neighborhood adjacent to Smith Hill, centrally located near the Rhode Island State Capitol Building. We are bike friendly with great paths nearby. WaterFire, our favorite event, takes place just down the river.
