Welcome to your own cozy, private entry suite style basement apartment. Newly renovated, the space comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. The apartment features a queen size bed and a small living room with sofa bed. Whether you are in town for vacation fun or work, our home in Laurel, MD is centrally located, just 25 minutes from DC and 30 minutes from Baltimore. Enjoy your night in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty streets parking. Apartment includes a refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave.
My name is Christy. We are looking to share our space with anyone while visiting the area. We are a respectful family with kids. It's a great place to stay if you are on a temporary assignment for work. Feel free to contact with any questions
The neighborhood is very quiet. Access the rear entrance through the parking lot not through the grass. You will have your own parking space. Everything is close by
