Explore many attractions within a 10-mile radius, such as Wonder Mountain Fun Park, the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, plus plenty of shopping and dining in Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York, Kittery, and Portsmouth. The beach is less than one mile away, where you can swim, sail, and surf. Don't forget to try some world-famous lobster before you leave! Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax on the plush furniture, carry on great conversations, stream your favorite movies on the large TV or play one of the owners' favorite board games. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with quality cookware, serveware, barware, and a dining table that seats six. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-sized bed, the bunkroom is perfect for sleepovers, and there's an option of a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the sunroom. Outside you'll find a gas grill and Adirondack chairs, plus chairs and an umbrella to borrow for your trip to the beach. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
