Country setting on 5+ acres with gated security entry. Home is 2 story new construction built in 2024. Private entry with secluded rear fire pit and picnic area. Owner lives on the property in separate home above Muskrat Lake. Owner has chickens, an Arabian horse, and friendly dogs.
WELCOME to my secluded mini-farm for peace and quiet in a wooded area near Enumclaw; gateway to the East entrance of Mt. Rainier and the Sunrise area. Access in the area to the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier, numerous trails, and the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) at Chinook Pass. Close to Crystal Mountain Ski area.
My property is located 43 miles( approx. 53 min) from Crystal Mtn Resort. We are 51 minutes from Mt Rainier East Sunrise entry. There are numerous wilderness hikes along Hwy 410 with a few directly near the property. Nolte State Park, across the street, has a child play area, path around Deep Lake, swimming, fishing, non-motorized access, and is host to the Black Diamond Triathlon in July. Also, we are 5 miles from the King County Fairgrounds in Enumclaw.
