We are gay operated & owner. Continuing the tradition of creating a safe & friendly atmosphere catering to gay men and their friends since 1960.

Under new Ownership and Management since 2021. Historic gay guesthouse catering to gay men & their friends since 1960. Located in the heart of Provincetown close to bars, clubs, and next door to Spiritus pizza, the lively late-night hangout. The guesthouse is a historic 19th century house with cabin style rooms, shared bathrooms, locker room style showers & clothing optional spaces. No A/C or parking available. No pets allowed. Great place to mix, mingle and make new friends. Quiet hours between 2am-10am. Please note we do not provide breakfast. As we are a small business Check in time is 3.00 - 7.00pm we cannot accommodate early check-ins. Under new Ownership and Management since 2021.
