3 story end of row town house in a beautiful neighborhood (Hollins). House is beautifully decorated with lots of modern amenities and decors, big screen television (enjoy ad-free YouTube videos, and catch up on your favorite amazon show & movies.) in all rooms and common area, and nicely decorated dining area for a cozy dinners. Some rooms have a low ceilings height. Abundance of security, located just around the UMB campus.

Neighborhood info

Hollins Market in Central Southwest offers affordable rowhomes in one of the most convenient areas of the city. Located near Downtown and the University of Maryland Biopark, the historic area is very diverse with neighbors of all backgrounds and a recent wave of younger people moving to the area. Residents enjoy an active community association, which sponsors monthly COP walks, movie and music nights and an annual fall festival.
