The front door opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances. Farm-house sink with pull-down spring faucet, natural gas range/oven, and an ice/water dispenser on refrigerator. King & Queen bedrooms are to the left, separated by a full bathroom. Office space and laundry/coat storage are in the back, with a door to a covered patio. Parking is available on the street. I do not live at the property. This property is not furnished or accessible for mobility impaired persons. House features a dishwasher, full washer/dryer, and a dog-friendly yard. The yard is not fully fenced, and is not suitable for unattended doggos. There is a pack-n-play with mattress & covers, a stroller, a high-chair, a changing table, and plastic dishes for kids. The queen bed and roll-out twin are great for smaller family members.
