Staying true to our mission as a community focused business, we are pleased to offer our guest a NO CLEANING FEE policy and do away with unnecessary fees except mandatory taxes required by the government at all our properties. The idea was conceived after review that most of our guest always cleans after themselves so we don't charge extra for regular use of our amenities. i.e., we consider an unmade bed as part of regular use, light trash in the trash can etc. We aim to reward our esteem and orderly guests by keeping money back in your pockets, with the aforementioned policy we hope to attract and keep our returning guests. Irregular (large trash, soiled linens, excessive littering etc.) may still be subject to cleaning fee which will be charged to refundable deposit collected. Refundable damages deposit is still required, which are billed to guests through invoices. House is beautifully decorated with lots of modern amenities and decors, big screen television (enjoy ad-free YouTube videos) in all rooms and common area, and nicely decorated dining area for a cozy dinner. Some rooms have a low ceilings height. This is a multi unit property with separate private entrance for each unit, the basement unit is a separate rented apartment on its own. Security measures are in place to ensure there's no encroachment into any unauthorized unit from both units.
