My place is a home away from home, This is not a HOTEL. Located in a safe and serene environment, close to major amenities like shops, parks , deli and shopping malls, also close to the Botanical garden and Bronx zoo as well as Fordham University, Jacobi hospital &Albert Einstein College of Medicine,Close to Newyork Library.4mins walk to the bus stop&the train station that connects straight to Manhattan&the D,B,2,4,5,6 Trains, Less than 10mins walk to number 5 train. This property is mainly for professionals who needs monthly rentals at affordable price. If guest are staying up to 7days, you will have access to cooking and use lundary once weekly. There’s a work station, refrigerator, TV, Microwave, Electric kettle, Fancy Movable Electric heater, Wi-Fi , Netflix & Electric bed warmer incase you need more heat. Also we prioritize Cleanliness to ensure guests are comfortable. We Look Forward to hosting you soon Cheers!
