Walk to the beach, resturants, putt putt golf, surf shop, skateboard park, and a convenience store. Once inside you will find an oversized kitchen with bar area, brand new appliances, marble countertops, double oven and all kitchen equipment you can think of. Relax in one of the two sitting areas or enjoy the spectacular, unobstructed view from your oceanfront terrace. Large master suite with walk-in closets, double sinks, walk-in shower, and garden tub in the bathroom opens directly onto the terrace. Walk-in Shower. Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
