Wildlife abounds including deer, turkeys, bobcats, owls, hawks, squirrels, and even bald eagles. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or enjoying quiet moments, this fabulous spot provides a peaceful escape. Bring your running shoes, e-bikes, or bicycles and go exploring! Pets are welcome but be sure to declare them (there's a small charge per day) and PLEASE keep them off the bedding and furniture. We provide them their own blankets! Unattended pets MUST be crated. Nearby at Patoka Lake, guests can take advantage of fishing, hunting, swimming, water skiing, hiking, biking, and more. Nearby Jasper, Indiana, offers the Spirit of Jasper Train, a scenic excursion train offering rides such as the "Jasper to French Lick Express" and "Ride & Dine" dinner trains. The train depot is situated near the Patoka River and connects to the Riverwalk and Jasper City Mill, forming part of a larger historic district.
