The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, sunroom, smart TV with Airplay, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Free street parking is occasionally available within 1-2 blocks. Permitted street parking is often available within 1 block. Parking permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year and mailed to the building in 1-2 weeks. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
