Property info

Just minutes from Sausalito the Golden Gate Bridge Sausalito, and San Francisco,hese four spotless, new condo-studios are on a floating home. Beautiful views and wildlilfe await you. There is nothing like life on the water with all its ocean breeze freshness. Right across the parking area, walking and biking paths lead to restaurants and public transportation. Fantastic state and natioanal parks are a short drive away. Take a (discounted) seaplane ride, or just watch them come and go.

Neighborhood info

Commodore Marina is between Mill Valley and Sausalito on the shore of Richardson Bay. Our floating home— iocated at the Sausalito end of the marina— is next to a seaplane and helicopter tour facility that fly several flights per day, 4 or 5 days per week. The units at Commodore 11 are very well insulated for both heat and sound, and the flights are generally not disruptive.
