“Location is great. Just a couple blocks from Historic downtown. Very walkable lots of historical homes to look at also. Easy access in and out of the house and soaking pool was a brilliant use of small backyard.”

Newly renovated historic cottage in the heart of Lincolnville only a short walk to everything in the Historic District.  2 king bedrooms, both with doors leading to a private soaking pool and lounge area.  Unique shared bathroom split between each bedroom.  High speed internet, cable, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a cozy front porch for coffee or cocktails. ***PLEASE READ - this house has no designated off-street parking.  There is plenty of free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions*** Welcome to Haven Tiny House!  This home is a meticulously remodeled and charming cottage from the early 1900's in the heart of downtown St. Augustine's Historic District. Nestled on a quiet one-way street, the home is a short walk to all of the city's famous attractions.
