It’s located deep in the Chattahoochee National Forest and near North Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, which makes it the ideal backdrop for outdoor activities. Two of the most popular spots to visit are Lake Nottely and Lake Winfield Scott. Residents who love a day on the water fishing or boating, camping, or picnicking, will love being so close to the lakes. Georgia’s oldest park, Vogel State Park, is a popular place to spend time.
