The Historic Windsor is under new ownership! Myself Lauren my husband Michael and our children. We have dogs, and we welcome yours. We enjoy all that the mountains have to offer including skiing and snowboarding, camping, and hiking. We love to cook, bake and sit by the fire.

Property info

The Historic Windsor B&B is a historic building with many of the original details. The rooms take you back in time to simplicity. Read a book, some of which are books from 1900s. What once was a thriving mining town is now a small quiet town nestled directly off the I-70 and Silver Plume Exit. We currently offer a simple homemade continental breakfast. Our Lounge room is perfect to relax and watch a movie on cable tv or sit at the dining table and play some games.

Neighborhood info

This small town has many wonderful buildings which include but not limited to a Museum open on the weekends, historic jail and brewery, park, church and a speak easy available on the weekends. There are several hiking trails and a beautiful river in town. Just a few miles down the road is historic Georgetown that has many activities for all seasons, including a railway station, ice fishing, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, and much much more. Just 10 miles up is Loveland ski resort which offers early and late season skiing and snowboarding. Just past the Eisenhower tunnel is a world of adventure awaiting in Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and much much more. We are a great location from Denver and just enough up the mountain to get a jump start to you day with out the traffic.
