Patrick was born and raised in New England. He spent his childhood in North Andover Mass. and went on to graduate from Boston University. He spent 5 years in California where he earned a Masters's degree from San Francisco State University. Patrick has worked in Digital Marketing for the last 25 years and lived and worked in Manhattan.

Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast was built in 1814 by Nathanial Littlefield. In 1931 Marjorie Waak. Mrs. Waak began running the federal colonial as a bed and breakfast and through out the years famous guests such as Eleanor Roosevelt, Cary Grant and play write Richard Widmark have all stayed here. Our rooms all have modern amenities but still hold the charm of an 1814 Federal Colonial so you feel as though you have been taken back in time but with all the modern conveniences of today.

We are located in the Moody section of Wells, Maine on the Ogunquit line. We are on the Ogunquit and Wells Trolley routes also which will take you to the beaches, Perkins Cove, Ogunquit Village, Marginal Way to name a few. Casual and fine dining starts next door and continues for miles. Art galleries and antique shops, book stores and nature are also abundant in the area. There are beautiful beaches, many great restaurants of different cultures, the Ogunquit Play House, the Marginal way and even a bit of night life for dancing and socializing!
