Cozy 2-bedroom,1-bathroom cottage style modern home with a garage converted into a large game room!! 2.6 miles from Riverbend Music Center, 3.1 miles from Belterra Park, 11.9 miles from downtown Cincinnati and 30.2 miles from Kings Island. Can walk to Salem Gardens restaurant/bar one block away, very family friendly with award winning hamburgers. Can walk to Beech acres park 0.9 Miles. This home has been updated with all brand new amenities with a little bit of glam in each room.
