This condo is situated on the 13th floor of the Ilikai Marina, offering you the chance to live like a local in a spacious studio! You'll love its prime location, with easy access to the beach, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and the vibrant Waikiki strip. ***Construction Notice: Exterior painting work is currently from 8/19/2026 - 9/4/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. The building is currently working on the garage spall repairs. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. AMENITIES Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a 10 fee per towel may be applied to your account.
