Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise.? The work hours are Monday Friday, 8 AM 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays.? We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.? The bathroom was newly renovated in October 2025, creating a spa-inspired retreat from the moment you step inside. With dual showerheads, elegant tilework, and a soothing color palette, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Perfectly located for exploring the Waikiki; this condo is close to the beach, dining, and shopping making it your ideal base for your getaway. ***Construction Notice: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 7/17 - 8/14/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. The building is currently working on the garage spall repairs. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.
