The living area has comfortable seating by the large fireplace for having excellent conversation. The dining area is set for six, but the open concept can allow many more. Cater your event or prepare a grand meal in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the drawers and cupboards you'll ever need. The kitchen also boasts a pleasant breakfast bar with an array of coffee assortments, seating four. The master suite boasts a King-size bed, a vaulted ceiling, french doors, and a large wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom comes with a spacious walk-in shower, updated with tile throughout. Quaint lighting and serene painting and decor set the tone for the warm atmosphere through the home. Indulge in an array of books and vast DVD library for close-to-home entertainment. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
