One or 2 adjoining bedrooms with private 5-piece bathroom upstairs in our home. Queen bed in 1 room and twin bed in the other. Queen bedroom has mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker and flat screen TV. Twin bedroom has microwave and coffee maker. Both rooms are upstairs above garage. Central AC and heat with extra window AC in queen bedroom for those really hot summer days! Parking for 1 vehicle on driveway. Mountain and golf course views. Lockbox on front door with key inside for contactless entry. However, there is no private entrance to the bedrooms. Extra front door key in queen bedroom. You may rent 1 or both bedrooms for up to 3 guests max. . Extra charge for both bedrooms. Washer/dryer available for use in loft outside bedrooms. Neighborhood heated seasonal pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Love traveling and meeting new people. Retired ESL teacher. Speak semi-fluent Spanish. Also enjoy karaoke and dancing. Husband Al golfs.

Quiet neighborhood of semi-custom homes on cul-de-sac across from Indian Peaks golf course clubhouse with public play. Neighborhood pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Easy drive to Boulder, Denver, and Rocky Mt National Park.
