Very safe, quiet area. Owner on first floor. License Number: STR 000327 Year 2023 Deluxe apt with full kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, granite tops, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths with full amenities, Skylights, Jacuzzi Master Bath! Washer/Dryer in the building. 1 Garage Parking . Stay in the closest (20-30 minute bus ride) legal vacation rental to Times Square, New York City. Most comfortable memory foam new beds ( 2 queens! and other beds).

Neighborhood description Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Jersey City Heights is just west of very posh Hoboken and north of Journal Square area of Jersey City. Mini buses take you to NYC. Frequency: every 2-5 minutes during rush hour and 5-10 minutes other time. bus ticket. Via app(like shared uber) for two bucks to any other place in jersey city Bus to Journal Square PATH 6 Minutes walk to bus stop. Uber/Lyft to NYC Ferry, PATH trains at Journal Square, Hoboken, Grove Street, Newport, Exchange Place Very close to Route 1&9, Turnpike, Secaucus Junction NJ transit station, North Bergen Lincoln Tunnel Park and Ride
