This quaint lakeside cottage is perfect for a family getaway. It is a great spot to be on the lake and just a 15 minute boat ride to the sand bar and only a mile from The Dockside. This cottage shares the lot with 2 other cottages. It is located on same property as the main house, but far enough away for your own privacy and parking for 2 cars. Nice and quiet area, but close to Bellaire and Alden. THIS COTTAGE DOES NOT HAVE HEAT OR AIR CONDITIONING! shared dock own charcoal grill Dog friendly--pet fee is required and pet (1 dog maximum) must be on a leash as other guests may have a dog as well. Cottage has it's own fire pit. Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older This cottage is a blast from the past, with some original fixtures. Please look at the photos before booking. The photos are true and show exactly what you are getting, no frills here.
