Nice quiet South Venice neighborhood. This home features a lovely view of Alligator Creek with palms and shaded outdoor seating. Explore any of the seven beaches within a four mile radius. Shamrock Park is also less than one mile away and there are bicycles available for your usage. So many wonderful things to see and do with easy access to downtown Venice and Englewood. Venice Island is 8 minutes away.
