After successful career in engineering, I am devoting my time to developing an attractive place for travelers to stay while on business trip or vacation. I run a 5-bedroom B&B and constantly work on its enhancement to provide comfort for my guests. I love people, love beauty and creation.

Loudoun Valley Manor (Bed and Breakfast) offers several cozy bedrooms in a luxurious house conveniently located a quarter mile off Route 9, in the outskirt of Waterford, between Leesburg and Purcellville in Loudoun County, Virginia. Wonderful serene views of surrounding landscape. Each room has a private bathroom. Guests can you the spacious kitchen, family room, laundry room, outside patio, and parking space. Any short term arrangements are possible. Stay for business or leisure! The property is located on a 6-acre lot and is in the midst of over 20 wineries that are within a short driving distance. Additionally, it is a 50-minute drive from Washington, DC on the Dulles Greenway (Route 267), and 25 miles to Dulles International airport. It is also convenient to Leesburg Outlet Mall, Dulles Town Center, Charles Town Casino and scenic routes of Harpers Ferry National Historic Park and town.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in the midst of farm land, surrounded by spectacular views. Very quiet. At the same time within 1/4 mile from Route 9 connecting Leesburg with Charles Town and Harpers Ferry National Historic Park and town. There are numerous shopping centers within 15-minute drive; most attended is the “Leesburg Corner Outlet Mall” in Leesburg. Fine dining is in Purcellville (7-10 min drive) and Leesburg (10-15 min drive). The B&B is close to nearby wineries: Wine Reserve at Waterford (just across the street), Sunset Hill Vineyard, Hillsborough Vineyards, North Gate Vineyards, The Barns at Hamilton, 8 Chain North, Bluemont vinery.
