The property is a 2 story fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. This is ideal for family vacation. The bedrooms are having queen size, full size bed and twin bed each with an extra futon in the family room. There is a shared dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. This house is close to the university and can walk to Reno Nevada University (UNR) Close to downtown Casinos, Aces Ballpark and the famous The largest little City in NV Reno. We must insist on a no pets policy, as the house is not easily cleaned after guests with pets before a new guest can check in. We have had too many problems with guests that don't take care or clean up after their pets.

Bruce and I are new in the hosting business. We were renting the house by a lease contract. We want to try hosting to see if we will have some progress this way since we will be planning to stay in town for good. My husband and I are always on travel. And now decided to stay home in our primary residence here in NV much longer while managing our rental properties.

My neighbors are good at just minding their own business. There is a Senior housing complex across the street, and an assisted living complex two doors over.
