We’re JonPaul and Bianca, a married couple living in Hilo. JP works in IT, and Bianca is an artist. We’re both surfers who love spending time in nature, and we’re usually out working during the day and home in the evenings. While we respect your privacy, we’re also super friendly and happy to help with anything you need during your stay!

We’re located on Komohana Street, a main road in Hilo just 2 minutes from Saddle Road, the direct route to the Kona side (about a 1.5 - hour drive). We’re only 10 minutes from downtown Hilo, 15 minutes from local beaches, and 45 minutes from Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park. Komohana is a well-connected road, so you’ll see and hear some cars during the day, but it usually quiets down by 8 p.m. It’s a great location for exploring the whole island while still enjoying a peaceful stay.
