Very convenient, local to museums, great bars & restaurants!! Walk to the Art museum & historic penitentiary from our Fairmount district home! - 1 block from eastern State Penitentiary Historic tours. - 5 blocks from Art Museum. - 4 blocks from Barnes Museum - Walk downtown to City Hall & Convention Center-1/2 mile. - 5 blocks from Benjamin Franklin institute!! For tourists the hop-on, hop-off stop is two blocks away! Our location is very walkable & convenient! Powder room sink on first floor is very tiny, please only turn on faucet very lightly or water will splash all over.
