Hi, I'm Jason! We have been welcoming guests since 2016 and have enjoyed hosting hundreds of travelers to our vacation homes. I've traveled to 45 states, 27 countries, and flown over 875k air miles. Currently, I live in Newburyport and have vacation properties in New Hampshire and in Provincetown, MA. I have stayed in multiple homes as part of larger groups of friends, and am always struck by the hospitality of our hosts.

Welcome to East End Escape, a stunning newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage with private yard that blends historical charm with modern luxury. Nestled in Provincetown’s vibrant East End, our home is close to all the galleries and fine dining on Commercial Street and the beach, offering the perfect retreat to experience Ptown like a local. ** PLEASE NOTE - Due to our valuable artwork, designer furnishings, and delicate décor, this property is not well-suited for young children.

Neighborhood info

You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our home is located on Bradford Street in the East End a few blocks past the Provincetown Theatre, next to the Surfside Hotel. Our neighborhood is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
