Comfortable non-smoking 2 story apartment in the heart of beautiful Corryville Area. Renovated all new 2 bedroom and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining room, great room, 1 full bath. Included microwave, stove, refrigerator, walk-out to a private trek deck, washer and dryer. Walking distant to UC, Bogart, shopping and restaurants. Minutes from downtown. Enjoy all the amenities that Cincinnati offers. So much more to offer! Free 1 car dedicated parking for guest #4. Private Chef available.

Neighborhood info

Close to Bogart Thearter, UC, Zoo, Hospitals, 10 minutes to OTR and Downtown Cincinnati. Walking distance to resturants and bars on Vine St. 1 block from Kroger Grocery store. Very central location to enjoy.
