With a Separate Entrance to your Private Dwelling you'll have Access to the 2nd and 3rd Floor of a Clean, Bright, Colorful and Stylish Design Intended for Large Groups or Whole Families. With (4) BRs, (2) Full BAs, a Kitchen, Dining Room and BR/Flexes as Living Room we can Comfortably Host 10 - 12 Guests. Our Home is Equipped with Central Heat, Window ACs and the Kitchen has Essential Appliances and Furnishings. **The Space** Clean, Bright, Colorful, Stylish and Quiet. You have access to the Entire 2nd and 3rd Floors. It's The Perfect Location to Unwind and Relax! **Guest Access** I am the property owner and live on the main floor of the three-story home. You will have access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floor via a separate GREEN DOOR entrance. I travel a lot for work but myself or my team are always available. Entry is keyless, so there's no need to stress about your arrival time once the arrival window opens. **Other Things To Note** I control the Thermostat (Heat) from the Main Floor. Should you need a change in temperature, please let me know. I can control it from my phone so I can adjust no matter where I am located, so don't hesitate to reach out.
