I fell in love with Hawaii on a family trip when I was seven years old. I got married at Kualoa Ranch just a short drive from the Turtle Bay Resort and bought my 3-bedroom villa in the Ocean Villas a few years later. My parents loved it there so much that they bought a 4-bedroom for our whole family to enjoy together for family vacations! We started managing the Ocean Villas for other owners in 2005 and we now manage 16 of the very small community of villas. Almost my whole family is involved now. My father Vince Liotta and my sister Kimberly Perales take reservations, Kimberly also processes payments and schedules concierge services, my sister Jennifer Liotta manages routine maintenance. We also have a few non-family members, Eric who is our villa assistance specialist, he helps with any non-routine maintenance or repairs and any other questions you might have once you arrive and Morgan helps with inventory and supplies. Maria is my island manager and she supervises the cleanings and inventory on a daily basis. The villas are a special place for us all!

What makes our Turtle Bay Resort Ocean Villas so spectacular is the Tropical and Romantic ocean cove (Kuilima Cove) and swimming beach that they are built around, no more than a softball toss away for each. The cove is protected by a reef, and is a nice place to swim and snorkel year around. The beach is very large with umbrellas, and plenty of sand for sun bathing or building sand castles.

Our Villa is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! (Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you do not have access to the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool or gym, but the Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.) You can use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee: o Restaurants and Bars, o Oceanfront pool and jacuzzi at Ocean Villas (Free), o Day spa in the hotel, o Tennis courts, o Pickle ball courts, o Two PGA/LPGA golf courses, o Surfing lessons and board rentals, o Stand up paddle board rentals, lessons and tours, o Helicopter tours, o Horseback riding, o Twelve miles of hiking trails (Free), o Biking trails (Free), o E-bike rentals, o Five miles of beach (Free), o Fitness classes (for a fee), You can pay to take classes in their fitness studio, but they are not currently allowing non-hotel guests in the fitness center.
