This complex is located adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island separated by a short private walkway from the condo. You always have full access to all dining and bars. Being so close to the Ritz gives you full viewing access to aerial fireworks and drone entertainment the Ritz routinely displays…all seen from your balcony! As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by an open living and dining area with views of the ocean, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony - one set in the living area and one in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a walk in closet and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. Each guest bedroom has a full private bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW….. There is a temporary upgrade project at this complex causing temporary noise next door. NOTE: Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed June and July. The rest of the months have a 3 night minimum.
